Good Article on Authority Stance/Management
I've been looking around for inspiration on the above topic, and found a decent article. This is a teacher whose class I'd like to be in! I was particularly struck by her second to last point in Principles of Survival #1 ;-)

Great article Lydia - thanks for posting it. I've been wondering about how to manage/approach the "discipline monster" in the classroom I'm observing/student teaching.
